There is no team. There is no funding. This was built alone, over years, on a laptop and a single AWS instance.

I built it while my family passed. I built it during your wars and I lived it in my nightmares. I grew up in the 49th worst school in America. I don't have a PhD. I don't have a research lab. I have an unwillingness to stop pulling the thread.

Do you know how hard and annoying it is to rebuild nearly every layer of compute dating back 60 years? I do now.

Ghost is not a product for shareholders. I plan to allow nations to use this for the benefit of humanity. It does not take a data center — just a humble server. That was by design. The most powerful simulation engine on Earth should not require the most powerful hardware on Earth.
